Who we are
Metaoros runs metaoros.com. Contact: hello@metaoros.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address and, if you choose, a note about the task you'd like to discuss.
- During the calls: notes about the work you describe. With your permission, we record and transcribe calls with Fathom so we can focus on the conversation. Tell us at the start of the call if you'd rather we didn't.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
- When you visit the site: anonymous visit statistics, without cookies.
Why
To hold the calls you booked, research and send your recommendation, and reply to you. The legal basis is your request, or our legitimate interest in following up on it. We don't sell your information.
Who processes it
Cal.com (booking), Google Workspace (calendar, Meet and email) and Cloudflare (hosting and cookieless analytics) and Fathom (call recording and transcripts). Some of these providers store data outside your country under their own safeguards.
How long
Booking details, call notes, recordings and emails are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies and browser storage
Our analytics don't use cookies or track you across other sites, so browser "Do Not Track" settings change nothing here. The booking calendar loads only on the Book page and is provided by Cal.com. It uses a few cookies and browser storage to protect the booking service, hold the time you pick, and remember your time zone and clock format. See Cal.com's privacy policy for details.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
